2. What I do
I read electricity bills for households in Spain, explain them in plain language and, when a change makes sense, help the client switch tariff or supplier. The bill check is free for the person who asks for it. If a client contracts a new supply through me, that supplier pays me; the client never does. If the bill is fine, I say so and nothing changes.
I do not act on behalf of any electricity supplier and I am not a party to the contract between you and your supplier. The figures I give are calculated from the bill you send me and the prices published by the suppliers on the date of the check; they are an estimate for your decision, not a quotation that binds the supplier.
3. Use of the website
You may browse these websites freely. You agree not to use them for anything unlawful, not to attempt to interfere with their operation, and not to copy their content for commercial purposes without permission.
4. Intellectual property
The texts, the guide "4 silent ways Spanish electricity companies overcharge expats", the emails and the images on these websites are mine unless otherwise stated. You may download the guide and share it privately. Reproducing it, in whole or in part, for commercial purposes or presenting it as your own is not allowed.
5. Liability
I take care that the information on these websites is accurate and up to date, but electricity prices, regulation and supplier conditions change often. I am not responsible for decisions taken on the basis of outdated information, nor for the content of third-party websites that I link to, nor for interruptions in the service caused by the hosting provider or by causes beyond my control.

7. Applicable law
These websites are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, and without prejudice to the rights consumers have to go to the courts of their own home, the courts of the city of Alicante will have jurisdiction.

2. A qué me dedico
Leo facturas de luz de hogares en España, las explico en lenguaje llano y, cuando un cambio tiene sentido, ayudo al cliente a cambiar de tarifa o de comercializadora. La revisión de la factura es gratuita para quien la pide. Si un cliente contrata un suministro a través de mí, me paga esa comercializadora; el cliente, nunca. Si la factura está bien, lo digo y no se cambia nada.
No actúo en nombre de ninguna comercializadora ni soy parte del contrato entre tú y tu comercializadora. Las cifras que doy se calculan a partir de la factura que me mandas y de los precios publicados por las comercializadoras en la fecha de la revisión; son una estimación para que decidas, no una oferta que vincule a la comercializadora.
3. Uso de la web
Puedes navegar por estas webs libremente. Te comprometes a no usarlas para nada ilícito, a no intentar interferir en su funcionamiento y a no copiar su contenido con fines comerciales sin permiso.
